Title to and risk of loss for purchased products pass to you when we deliver the products to the shipping carrier.

organized crime groups (boryokudan);
members of organized crime groups;
persons who have ceased to be members of an organized crime group within the past five (5) years;
associate members of organized crime groups;
companies or organizations affiliated with organized crime groups;
corporate racketeers (sokaiya);
groups or individuals engaging in criminal activities under the guise of social or political movements;
organized crime groups with specialized intelligence; or
any other persons or organizations equivalent to the foregoing (collectively, "Anti-Social Forces").

You further represent and warrant that none of the following applies:

Anti-Social Forces are deemed to control your management;
Anti-Social Forces are substantially involved in your management;
you use Anti-Social Forces for the purpose of obtaining unjust benefits for yourself or a third party or causing damage to a third party;
you provide funds, benefits, or other support to Anti-Social Forces; or
your officers or persons substantially involved in your management maintain socially unacceptable relationships with Anti-Social Forces.

(B) You further covenant that neither you nor any person acting on your behalf will engage in any of the following acts:

violent demands;
unreasonable demands beyond legal responsibility;
threatening behavior or use of violence in connection with any transaction;
damaging our reputation or interfering with our business by spreading false rumors, using fraudulent means, or employing force; or
any conduct similar to the foregoing.

(C) If you breach any provision of this Section, or if it is subsequently determined that you were in breach, we may immediately terminate these Terms without prior notice or demand.

(D) If these Terms are terminated pursuant to the preceding paragraph, you shall compensate us for any damages incurred by us, and we shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damages suffered by you as a result of such termination.

(iii) respond truthfully to any questions or prompts intended to determine whether the interaction is generated by a human or by an automated system; and

This includes, without limitation, any claims arising from errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of, or reliance on, any content or products made available through the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
