• You cannot specify the color of the shoes for rental.
• Due to the high volume of customers, we ask that you return the shoes within six days from the shipping date.
• We cannot accommodate specific dates for delivery, so if you wish to try on shoes over the weekend, we kindly ask for your cooperation by applying on a Thursday, for example.
