[Sample Shipping Charges]
U-DOT will cover the shipping cost for up to 4 models. However, if the total order is less than 10 pairs, even for up to 4 models, the sample shipping cost will be charged to the retailer and invoiced together with the order.
About Order Products
[Discount Rates]
There is no minimum order; we accept orders from 1 pair onward.
* For sneaker zipper items, a flat rate of 80% applies.
The discount rates for the shoes are as follows:
- 1–10 pairs: 70%
- 11–30 pairs: 58%
- 31–70 pairs: 55%
- 71–99 pairs: 53%
- 100 pairs or more: 50%
[Order Deadline]
Please submit your order sheet by the day after the final day of the order period!
U-DOT processes orders with cut-off dates on the 10th, 20th, and the last day of each month. If there is a cut-off date during the order period and consolidated orders of 11 pairs or more, production may commence earlier.
Example: For an order period from April 5th to 18th
- Single Delivery: For orders between April 5th and 18th, please send your order sheet by 12:00 noon on the 19th. If delayed, production will start at the next cut-off.

Split Delivery:
- For orders from April 5th to 10th: Report by 12:00 noon on the 11th → Delivery around May 7th (shipping cost borne by the retailer; however, if 11 pairs or more, U-DOT covers the cost)
- For orders from April 11th to 18th: Report by 12:00 noon on the 19th → Delivery around May 17th (shipping cost borne by U-DOT)
[How to Submit the Order Sheet]
Please submit your order sheet by one of the following methods:
- Email with PDF attachment (Email: info@u-dot.jp)
- Fax (FAX number: 03-3872-5732)
- Via U-DOT Official LINE (as an image or PDF)
[Delivery]
Delivery is made approximately 4 weeks after the order cut-off dates on the 10th, 20th, and the last day of each month. In cases that include the Obon season or year-end/new year holidays, delivery may take 5 weeks. Deliveries are consolidated for retailers or companies. All shipping costs are borne by U-DOT (except for shipping to separately designated locations, which will be charged to you).
[Payment]
Billing is closed at the end of the delivery month, with payment due by the end of the following month.
[Returns]
In principle, returns for customer convenience are not accepted; however, if there is a discrepancy with your order or any concerns, please contact us.
