U-DOT will cover the shipping costs for up to 4 models. However, if the total order quantity is less than 10 pairs, the retailer will be responsible for the shipping costs for samples, even if the total order quantity is up to 4 models, and the samples will be invoiced together with the order.
There is no minimum order. We accept orders from just one pair.
*Only sneaker zippers will be shipped at a flat rate of 80%.
Below are the rates for shoes.
- 1-10 pairs: 70%
- 11-30 pairs: 58%
- 31-70 feet: 55%
- 71-99 feet: 53%
- 100 pairs or more: 50%
Please send your order form by the day after the last day of the order session!
At U-DOT, production begins on the 10th, 20th, and last day of each month.
If the order deadline falls within the order period, and there are orders for 11 or more pairs, we may be able to start production early.
Example: Order meeting from April 5th to 18th
- Bulk delivery: For order meetings from April 5th to 18th, please send your order sheet by noon on the 19th. If you are late, production will start on the next closing date.

Payment in installments:
- April 5th to 10th: Report by noon on the 11th → Delivery by around May 7th (Shipping costs: paid by retailer. However, if there are 11 or more pairs, U-DOT will cover the costs)
- April 11th to 18th: Report by noon on April 19th → Delivery by around May 17th (Shipping costs: paid by U-DOT)

Delivery will be approximately 4 weeks from the order closing date on the 10th, 20th and last day of each month.
If the Obon or New Year holidays are included, the period will be 5 weeks.
Deliveries will be made in bulk to retailers and businesses.
All shipping costs will be covered by U-DOT. (*Shipping costs to the designated location will be charged separately.)
Payment will be made at the end of the month in which the product is delivered, and payment will be made at the end of the following month.
Generally, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience, but if the item you receive is different from what you ordered or you have any concerns, please contact us.
